2007 Event:
Nearly 200 friends of the League enjoyed an afternoon of laughter and communication at our Sixth Annual Winter Carnival. Children were amused by the silly antics and tricks of strolling magicians, clowns and costumed characters. Classic carnival games tested everyone’s skills, while arts and crafts tables and face painting provided diversions for children seeking quiet activities. League Alumni, including high school and middle school students, who are hard of hearing and deaf, pitched in as volunteers and mentors providing inspiration for younger families.
