The League for the Hard of Hearing in New York is licensed by the State of New York Department of Health, as an out-of-hospital health facility and by the State of New York Office of Mental Health, as an out-patient clinic treatment program; and a member agency of New York State Rehabilitation Association, and the Council of Senior Centers and Services. Our Florida facility is licensed for prevention by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families and is certified by the Broward County Department of Human Services. The League is also a member agency of the United Way of New York City and United Way of Broward County, Florida.
